Cristiano Ronaldo scored another 2 goals for Real Madrid, making it 6 goals in 4 games. Cristiano Ronaldo appeared dangerous throughout the competition as he scored early to give Real a 1-0 head startin the initial minute of the fixture. He netted another goal, this time a header, late in the first half. Cristiano ronaldo’s imposing goal scoring has silenced many of the naysayers. It looks like Cristiano Ronaldo has found his groove early in the season, and only time will tell how the rest of the season unfolds. There’s no qualm that many of the Manchester United brass will look personally at how successful Cristiano Ronaldo will be in Madrid, hoping that he doesn’t make their decision to sell him to Madrid a incorrect one.

On a side note, Quito’s coach, Jorge Fossati was ejected from the game after his embarrasing stroll onto the area of play to protest the penalty awarded to Cristiano Ronaldo, which was absolutelya correct decision by the referee.

Real Madrid needed a victory in yesterday’s match to move on to the semi-finals of the Peace Cup that’ll continue on Friday versus Juventus in Seville Spain.

And the recently disclosed details of his new contract with Real Madrid is quite amazing.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s 6 year contract will startat a whopping €237,000 per week for the first year and will increase incrementally by 25% every following year. What’s even more amazing is that Jorge Mendes, Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portuguese powerhouse sports agent, has even managed to attain 60% of Cristiano Ronaldo’s image rights, which means even more money.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s exodus from the premier league will signal the end of that leagues prestigious spot as the world’s most popular league to watch. The Spanish Liga will undoubtedly become the most popular, and therefore the place where other famous footballers will attempt to move. Since Cristiano Ronaldo is public enemy number one in the U.K., there is no doubt that he will be glad to see his time there ended.

The following are the details Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract.

year 1: €237,000/wk

Year 2: €296,250/wk

Year 3: €370,312/wk

Year 4: €462,890/wk

Year 5: €578,612/wk

Year 6: €723,265/wk

The above information is quite amazing, and an indication of the incredible talent of Cristiano Ronaldo. England’s loss is Spain’s gain, we just hope that Cristiano Ronaldo will be bettertreated in Spain than he was in the U.K.

His uncanny ability to muscle through the opposition defence has elevated him to the top of Serie A top goal scorer. Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho has so much faith in his Swedish scorer that he’s already gone public with his belief that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the ideal footballer in the world, bar none. But not everyone at the Inter camp believes that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is the best footballer.

Recently Inter Milan club administrator Ernesto Paolillo told Gazzetta dello Sport: “The player knows that for the time being we have had no offers that are deemed suitable for his market value, which is superiorto Kaka and slightly inferior to Cristiano Ronaldo in our estimation.”

Although Paolillo’s comments are obviously intended to demonstrate to other clubs interested in signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic that Inter Milan is willing to negotiate his contract and that they will accept nothing less than $94 million that has already been paid for Kaka by Real Madrid, Inter are clearly announcing that they will not seek the steep $130 million price that has recently been paid by Real Madrid for Cristiano Ronaldo.

That said, Ernesto Paolillo’s comments is an indication that Cristiano Ronaldo is regarded highly all over the world.

As a follow up to Yesterday’s post, regarding Real Madrid’s $130 million agreement with Manchester United, I decided to read many of Manchester and Football Forums and onlinenewspapers to see what the mood was regarding Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure from the Premier League. It became painfully clear to me why Cristiano Ronaldo would want to leave Manchester.

After leading the Red Devils from one victory to another, over the last 3 years, winning games by himself to the delight of the Manchester fans, it pained me to see the complete and utter apathy that exists with regards to Cristiano Ronaldo’s new contract. The more animated of posts, were belittling, with complete disregard for what Cristiano Ronaldo has done for Manchester United. Nitpicking on childish things such as, Cristiano Ronaldo’s fashion sense, indicates that there are quite a few people out there who are seriously uncomfortable with their sexuality, Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted that he is comfortable with his.

Although I cannot say with certainty, what Cristiano Ronaldo’s reasons are for wanting to leave the Premiere League, I wouldn’t be surprised that it had a lot to do with how his name has been dragged through the mud almost daily. After all the great things he has done for both Manchester and English football in general, all that these sheeple can do is regurgitate the same old nonsense. The infamous wink, or the supposed dives, or his love life or fashion sense, give me a break. Cristiano Ronaldo is a 24 year old man who is in the prime of his life, enjoying it and living it to the fullest, and he still manages to make the manager look good, often. His reward seems to be a spit in the face from covetous goons who seem uncomfortable having a foreigner reaping the rewards of their game. Well, Cristiano Ronaldo earned everything he’s got, and even the mighty and magical Sir Alex Ferguson has attested to that.

If I were Cristiano Ronaldo, which I’m not, I would have demanded a buy-out of my contract years ago, because what’s the point giving everything of yourself to a nation that despises you. I wish Cristiano Ronaldo all the best in Spain.

It appears that Crsitiano Ronaldo is finally going to be moving to Real Madrid, and we couldn’t be happier. The Spanish giants seemed to have broke the bank as they announced that Manchester had accepted their offer for the world’s best footballer. This comes off the heals of another super signing, that of Ricardo Kaka for a whopping $94 million, it seems that the people of Madrid may have to brush up on their Portuguese for a change.

The $130 million signing for Cristiano Ronaldo will be the biggest sum ever paid for a professional football player, and he’s worth every penny. Outside of Manchester, it doesn’t seem that Cristiano Ronaldo will be much missed, considering he’s almost single handedly destroyed his opponents, and nobody likes to be made to look like a fool, especially beer bellied non Manchester supporters.

The truth is, althoughmany would like to deny it, this may officially mark the end of the Premier League as the league to watch. Undoubtedly, Real will make up most of its money spent on Ronaldo and Kaka via endorsements and T.V. rights, especially considering the South American market and love for football. But this isn’t such a bad thing, after all, Cristiano Ronaldo was not a loved man, and in fact hated by envious non Manchester fans, whom having nothing else betterto do with their time, spend it ridiculing the Portuguese Football Maestro.

We wish Cristiano Ronaldo all the best success at Real Madrid, and may he finally be treated with the respect that was lacking in the U.K.

Real Madrid President Florentino Perez, has openly declared his intention to sign Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.

The plan is to sign both Brazilian Fenom Kaka and Cristiano, creating the world’s most deadly duo.Florentino Perez’ open declaration will undoubtedly attract the Wrath of SAF, who has exchanged many unpleasantries with Real Madrid in the past. Sir Alex Ferguson realizes that without Cristiano Ronaldo, Manchester United is a lesser team. Cristiano has won many games for Manchester, more than should be expected from any one player, and as we all know, losing Cristiano Ronaldo would not go down well with Sir Alex.

Frankly, we’re tired of hearing about Cristiano Ronaldo moving, he needs to make a stand and tell itcare about it is. The more Cristiano Fence sits, the more tarnished his image will become as unscrupulous media hounds will stop at nothing to completelydestroy his image. We hope that Cristiano does the right thing and Speaksup once and for all, ‘Will You Stay Or Will You Go?”

As Manchester United prepare for their battle against Lionel Messi and Barcelona next week, much has been speculated regarding the future of Cristiano Ronaldo. Many still believe that Ronaldo will indeed make the move to Real Madrid while others insist that Cristiano Ronaldo will be a Red Devil for life.

What is for certain is that althoughCristiano Ronaldo’s cream of playing for Real Madrid is of public record, it seems that he is working to seal the books on his transfer to Spain. According to The Guardian, a U.K. based newspaper, Cristiano Ronaldo is intent on playing for Manchester, next year. Cristiano is quoted:

“I’m sure Perez would create an breathtaking team at Madrid but at the moment I’m at United and I don’t care about what happens there. I only care about what will happen next season at Manchester United.”

This may be the final nail in a long drawn media battle between Manchester and Real Madrid that has spanned two Madrid Presidents. Although there is obviously no way to be certain that Cristiano will stay at Manchester, at this stage in the game, Cristiano seems intent on putting out and fires regarding his future, effectively stopping the gossip.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s stance on his staying at Manchester is a clear indication that he is maturing, and thinking about the consequences of his words. He has fought a long battle with Public Relations for quite some time, and seems intent on mending his relationship with Manchester fans specifically and U.K. soccer fans in general. We can only hope that Crisitiano Ronaldo keeps focus and does not fall for journalistic double talk, as long as he is clear that he will remain at Manchester United.
